Sell dangerous goods and don't care.
Bought a cast aluminium table and chair set about 16 months ago. Recently a chair leg suddenly snapped off causing me a knee injury. Could have been very much worse. They just don't seem to care. Cast aluminium furniture should last a long time so very dissapointed. Just get a stock reply from Greenfingers. Been happy with them in the past but will never use them again after their failure to respond.
Excellent Company
Ordered some garden furniture and it didn't meet my requirements as there was a fault with the chairs. Contacted the Company and they were absolutely superb. I was given the option of receiving new chairs or a partial refund, I took the new chair option which were delivered just 5 days later, an absolutely superb Company who I shall definitely be buying from again.

Problematic site
One star, because I have been unable to contact the company with a query in respect of an item which I had hoped to purchase.
A total of four emails to their "contact" address has simply been ignored. The item is one which is also itemised "multi reductions". Why don't I get a blessed answer?

Ordered some 'Flexi Curve' lawn edging on 17th March (evening), arrived 21st March. Excellent service, very impressed, thank you :)

Good quality. Quick delivery.
Very pleased with my mini-greenhouse. Not cheap but very well constructed, easy to assemble, and will outlast cheaper softwood versions. Swift delivery too, ordered late Sunday pm, arrived 8 am on Tuesday.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, AND Forest. I ordered a greenhouse from Greenfingers which was delivered by their suppliers, Forest. The item was defective (missing panels) on arrival. I contacted Greenfingers to ask for a refund. I was advised the item needed to be collected by the supplier (Forest) before they could issue a refund.
I made contact with Forest asking them to collect the defective product who initially responded to my email and advised someone will be in contact with me within 48 hrs to arrange collection, no one made contact to arrange collection.
I sent a further email and was told someone would make contact, again no one made contact to arrange collection.
I then went back to Greenfingers who said they would contact Forest on my behalf and was also advised that someone would be in touch with me in the next 48 hrs to arrange collection, no one made contact to arrange collection.
Numerous calls and emails later the product has still not been collected by Forest and therefore Greenfingers will not refund me my money.
Forest made contact on 24/01 to say they have arranged a collection date for 26/01. I advised them they this date was not suitable as I work Monday-Fri and asked for an alternative date. Whilst waiting for that date Greenfingers have contacted me to say I have ‘cancelled’ my collection dates offered by Forest.
Please note my order was placed in October and we are now in the month of January.
Despite my best efforts in trying to resolve this situation I have had no choice but to instruct my credit card company to recover my money and advised Greenfingers the defective product will be disposed of.

Purchased x2 Top-End Gazebo's - No Hassles
Purchased 2 top-end Gazebo's no hassle. One arrived badly damaged by a fork lift truck side impact (we think). Corresponded with Greenfingers without any issues what so ever and they agreed to send the replacement cross-member's as soon as they could. Excellent company to deal with and fair prices.

Excellent customer service
Product was delivered very promptly with excellent communication. The payment system stopped working during the transaction and the payment was taken twice. Staff were very helpful. The refund was processed very quickly. Would buy from this company again.

Corten steel edging

Goog product,quick delivery.
Ordered 4packs of Everedge Lawn edging on friday afternoon,email from Greenfingers same evening to say items dispatched.
Given Yodel tracking number, informed it would be delivered on monday between midday and 1400.
Arrived on time with no delivery charge.
Brillant product and company,would go back again.
Terrible service
Terrible service. They are impossible to contact and simply don't answer the phone...ever. An item was ordered and it was shown as dispatched the next day, although the tracking number does not work. Two weeks later and nothing has arrived. Greenfingers are trying to blame tye courier, but they don't have the item. Avoid this company, as you will see from various reviews, they often fail to deliver.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service after defective product sent as a golden wedding anniversary present for my parents. Telephone after sales unhelpful and they don't answer emails. An upsetting experience all round.

Great Chessington table
We took a chance despite the reviews and ordered the Chessington 180 table. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble and looks great. We sealed it with teak oil before using and keep it covered when out of use to improve its longevity. Overall great value for money! The delivery service could be better but luckily table wasn’t damaged in anyway.

Green fingers is doing an excellent job at Evenwood with the grass cutting and even picking up the litter before cutting the grass. Well done to the men for helping to keep Evenwood looking lovely

Item arrived damaged with parts…
Item arrived damaged with parts missing. Although promised new parts would come, nothing received and a pain in the a** to contact. Phone just rings nobody answers, emails don’t get responded too. Wish I had never found this useless company
